We chose nature photos for our website because we did not feel that sad people would want to see photos of happy people and happy people would not want to see photos of sad people. Therefore we have chosen pleasant and calming photos taken in Ottawa and the surrounding areas. In some way they represent the topic but others are just for amusement value. Janet V. McCredie is the founder and 'Head' Coach of the Relationship Resolution Centre, Inc. Janet recently changed the focus of her work to concentrate on people needing guidance and support through one of the toughest times in their lives, that of Separation and Divorce. Janet is an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mediator / Facilitator (trained by the STITT FELD HANDY Group) specializing in Family, Divorce and Workplace (Board of Director) Mediation and is now working towards Accreditation to become an Elder Mediator. Janet is also Relationship / Divorce Recovery Coach.
Janet worked for over 22 years in public housing as a Front-line Crisis Worker, Director, Manager and Facilitator. She worked for 4 years with the Royal Ottawa Rehabilitation Centre as a Job Search Counsellor and Psychometrist. She also worked for 2 years for the Department of Psychology, University of British Columbia as a Psychometrist and Research Assistant.
Janet is Mentored by several Accredited Family and Comprehensive Mediators, several Ontario Family Law Lawyers, a Real Estate Lawyer, an Estate Lawyer and many Health and Wellness Practitioners.
Her goal is to train young people to make the proper relationship choices in life and thereby ending the Divorce Mediation and Recovery aspects of her business. In the meantime, Janet will draw on the experiences of her divorces to help others heal faster from their own separation and divorce.
During one of her training sessions Janet was required to write down her Core Values as a personal mission statement. Her mission statement illustrates her dedication to her goal of helping people through their difficult life stages.

Barb received her Financial Divorce Specialist designation in the fall of 2003 and has been an independent Personal Financial Planner since 2002. Previously she worked 17 years for Canada’s largest bank as a Personal Banker, Account Manager and Manager. In those roles, she helped her clients with their investments, RSPs, mortgages, loans and financial planning strategies. Barb also has her designation as a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers. Barb continues to up-date her credentials with continued education.
As a Financial Divorce Specialist (FDS) her role is to be your financial guide as you go through the emotionally charged and complicated situation of a relationship breakdown. This guidance may be as in depth as helping you gather and complete the financial documentation that is required or joining the process once a settlement offer has been made. Through the use of exclusive, specialized software, settlement options are developed, reviewed with alternatives that provide the necessary information for both parties. Having a financial specialist help you through this process may provide a speedier resolution to the situation. You may also feel more comfortable with your financial situation going forward which can reduce your stress in your new life.
A Financial Divorce Specialist provides services on a hourly rate basis and can be hired by either the individual, the couple or by legal counsel.

Chris is the administrator of all things technical at the Relationship Resolution Centre. He ensures the smooth operation of computers, networking equipment and the website. He is currently finishing his diploma in Photonic Engineering Technology from Algonquin college.
